Art of greeting cards reserves the right to reject your order if we know or suspect that you intend to resell or copy any of our products as part of a commercial or personal business without special permission. By using our website, you accept and agree to our Privacy Policy.

As a condition of using this website, or by placing an order via our website, you agree to comply with and be subject to all of the following terms and conditions of use, as well as our Shipping Policy.

By acknowledging these terms, using the site, ordering products, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by these terms, including our Privacy Policy, and all revisions thereof. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not accept them and discontinue using and accessing the site. These Terms are applicable to your use of the site regardless of how you accessed the site.

At Art of greeting cards, we do our best to ensure that all product images accurately represent the items. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors shown on the website will exactly match the colors of the physical product. Variations may occur due to differences in the color reproduction of your device or screen.

Payment

The prices are shown in US Dollars or Euros (if you are browsing from EU), but all transactions are processed in EU (Euros), and the checkout page will default to EU regardless of your location. For your convenience, approximate conversions may be displayed for guidance only. Please note that the actual exchange rate charged by your payment provider or bank may differ from the one displayed.

We accept secure payments via trusted providers. All transactions are processed in accordance with the highest security standards.

All the images, published on greetingcardsart.com, can be “pinned” and saved in Pinterest directly from this website or specific page on this website. But you are NOT ALLOWED to save images from this website on your device  and share them anywhere, including Pinterest, without link to this website.

All sewing patterns, including free ones, are for your personal, non-commercial use only. They cannot be shared on social networks and Pinterest, or sent or resold to other people.

If you want to use patterns from greetingcardsart.com for commercial purposes – to make and sell plush toys – you need to get a special commercial license, please contact the owner of greetingcardsart.com if so.

Shipping and Delivery

Processing Times:
Orders are typically processed within 2-10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Times:

  • Greeting cards ship from the USA, Germany or other countries depending of our partner print on demand company capabilities.
  • Fine art prints ship from the USA, Germany or other countries depending of our partner print on demand company capabilities.
  • Sewing patterns are digital products in form of a PDF documents and are sent to your Email immediatelly.

Delivery times will vary based on your location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing your order to confirm estimated delivery dates.

Currently we ship not worldwide, only to a list of  certain countries. Please be aware that shipping to some countries may involve additional delays due to customs clearance or other factors. If shipping to your country is not supported but you are still willing to make a purchase, you can contact us and we will try to find an alternative shipping method.

We send all deliveries to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your order confirmation email to ensure the address is correct. Art of greeting cards is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order or the “order delivered” notification. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to replace your order in accordance with the shipment insurance policy.

Shipping to the UK

Please note that we do not collect VAT (Value Added Tax) or any related import/clearance fees for shipments to the UK. VAT and any applicable import duties or handling fees (such as those charged by Royal Mail or DHL Express) will be collected upon the order’s arrival in the UK. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping costs.

Import Duties and Taxes

For customers in the EU, VAT can be included in the product price where applicable. Customers outside the EU may be responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees in their destination country. These fees are not collected or charged by Art of greeting cards, and we are not liable for any additional charges incurred.

Order Cancellations, Returns, and Replacements

Cancellations:
Orders may only be canceled if processing has not yet begun. If a cancellation is approved, a cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative costs.

Returns:
As all greeting cards and fine art prints are made to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Art of greeting cards is not responsible for the fate of goods in cases where customers refuse to accept shipments due to a change of mind or where duties, taxes, or clearance fees are payable. Before placing your order, please ensure you are familiar with any import fees, taxes, and procedures applicable in your country.

If your order is returned to us for any reason other than an error on our part, the items can only be resent at the customer’s expense. If the customer refuses to cover the re-shipping costs, the items will be disposed of.

Replacements:
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. You will need to provide photos of the damage or defect. If the issue is confirmed, we will send you a replacement free of charge or refund.

 

Please note that production, delivery, return and refund for all products you purchased from other sites via links published on this site (for example, Spoonflower), even if they were designed by Irina M., the owner of this site greetingcardsart.com, are the responsibility of the owners of these sites, and all claims regarding the quality, delivery times or return of such products should be sent directly to them.

Because  greetingcardsart.com has no control of such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that greetingcardsart.com is not responsible for the availability of such sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. Please note that plush toys sewn using patterns provided by greetingcardsart.com are handmade items and are not intended for use by children, babies, or animals.   • No written instructions, tutorials, or master classes are included with the pattern files unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • No claims regarding the difficulty of use will be accepted. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary skills and experience to use the patterns.

  • By purchasing a digital pattern, clients confirm that they understand how to use such materials and are capable of interpreting and working with template-based designs independently.

  • Greetingcardsart.com provides a selection of free sewing patterns specifically for customers to evaluate whether they are able to use the patterns effectively according to their own level of sewing knowledge and experience.
