Shipping and Delivery
Processing Times:
Orders are typically processed within 2-10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Shipping Times:
- Greeting cards ship from the USA or Germany.
- Fine art prints ship from Germany.
Delivery times will vary based on your location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before placing your order to confirm estimated delivery dates.
We ship almost worldwide, excluding countries to which international sanctions apply and to which delivery is impossible or difficult at this time. Please be aware that shipping to some countries may involve additional delays due to customs clearance or other factors.
We send all deliveries to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your order confirmation email to ensure the address is correct. Art of greeting cards is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order or the “order delivered” notification. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to replace your order in accordance with the shipment insurance policy.
Shipping to the UK
Please note that we do not collect VAT (Value Added Tax) or any related import/clearance fees for shipments to the UK. VAT and any applicable import duties or handling fees (such as those charged by Royal Mail or DHL Express) will be collected upon the order’s arrival in the UK. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping costs.

Order Cancellations, Returns, and Replacements
Cancellations:
Orders may only be canceled if processing has not yet begun. If a cancellation is approved, a cancellation fee may apply to cover administrative costs.
Returns:
As all greeting cards and fine art prints are made to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
Art of greeting cards is not responsible for the fate of goods in cases where customers refuse to accept shipments due to a change of mind or where duties, taxes, or clearance fees are payable. Before placing your order, please ensure you are familiar with any import fees, taxes, and procedures applicable in your country.
If your order is returned to us for any reason other than an error on our part, the items can only be resent at the customer’s expense. If the customer refuses to cover the re-shipping costs, the items will be disposed of.
Replacements:
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. You will need to provide photos of the damage or defect. If the issue is confirmed, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
